RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final for our hand-crafted slime. We cannot accept returns for slime even if unopened. However, we want you to be happy and love our products. So, if you do encounter an issue, please reach out so we can take care of you and find a resolution together.
The Store Before Time and Slime Before Time are not responsible for unauthorized charges. You must be 18+ years old or have your parent’s or guardian permission to place an order on our website. If the slime is damaged, you have 15 days from the date of the order to submit a request for a return/exchange. Detailed pictures of the damaged product and shipping box/materials must also be submitted with your return/exchange request. If the return/exchange request is approved, you must return the damaged product.
*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return request. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method , minus shipping charges. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.
Most other items purchased at The Store Before Time and Slime Before Time may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The items must include the original receipt and be in the same condition as you received it. The Store Before Time and Slime Before Time reserve the right to deny any return/exchange not meeting these guidelines. Refunds will be issued in the same original form of payment.
